Decriminalization of the agro-industrial complex as the most important factor in ensuring food security

Purpose: The purpose of current work is to study the decriminalization agro-industrial complex as most important factor in food security, well a way solve problems affecting state security Russian Federation, legal support national priorities related independence. Design/methodology/approach: methodological basis research was formed by general scientific and private methods. Findings: Today sector faced with fundamentally new socio-economic political-legal situation. It not coordinated policy field agriculture, production although initially this intended be tool for development, maintenance functioning complex. Originality/value: conducted allowed us draw following conclusions: given significant contribution economy, it self-sufficient can develop independently; federal spending on said government should provide agricultural producers margin that provides incentives improve worker efficiency an affordable credit system technical technological upgrades equipment needed produce competitive goods; issues increasing competitiveness products require solutions, first all, at legislative level.
